Hi, I'm Vincent Ventalon, a French software engineer. I live in St Julian's and I run my Maltese limited company from the island. MaltaExpat is where I write down what I learn about living here.
Everything on this site comes from living the subject. I pay rent in Malta, I file the paperwork with the local authorities, and in summer I swim at Exiles more often than I should admit. When an article quotes a rent figure or a tax rate, it is because I checked it, not because another blog said so.
