Malta Tourism & Things to Do
Malta packs a lot into a very small space. From where I live you can reach a swimmable bay, the fortified streets of Valletta and the Paceville club strip in under half an hour each, and nothing on the island is more than about an hour away.
I live here year round, so these are not one-week-holiday picks. The guides cover the beaches actually worth the bus ride, day trips to Comino and Gozo, nightlife month by month, watersports and enough history to make the stones interesting. Visitors are the obvious audience, but most of these double as a weekend list for new residents.
For planning, the interactive maps are faster than any article: every beach, viewpoint and club on one screen, with filters.
